Road Maintenance!
Hi Twin Island Community,
It's that time of year again where we will be prepping our neighborhood roads with pothole fixes and then covering the road with a dust control and stabilization treatment. Here is a link with more information to familiarize you with it. We will send out another follow up email with the exact date of the treatment. It is weather dependant.

The main points:
Drive 5 mph for the first 48 hours after applied to the road.
It is environmentally safe but has a very strong odor so staying inside for the first 48 hours is recommended for people with asthma or other immune issues.
Motorcyclists and walkers will be given a small edge on the road side to travel through the neighborhood.
The 4th of July is coming up soon and we want you to have a wonderful time while staying safe.
Please note that Clackamas County is under a burn ban until October.

Please be aware of the safety guidelines from the Oregon State Fire Marshall:
Fireworks are prohibited on all beaches, State Parks and State or Federal Forest lands. https://www.oregon.gov/osfm/Pages/Fireworks-Education.aspx
This includes along any scenic waterway such as our riverfront
Kind regards,
