Dear Twin Island Community Residents,
Community HOA fees billed each year are designated largely for road maintenance,
and secondarily for all other expenses not related to the community well. The fees
have remained the same since 2016.
Due to the increase in cost for everything from road treatment, gravel, equipment,
electricity, insurance etc., we have operated this year at a deficit. In order to
continue to keep reserves, as required by law, HOA fees will increase for year
2027 to $190 per lot, per year.
Your board members have made road maintenance a priority, and have received
very positive feedback regarding the dust control implemented over the last several
years. We continue to work on the pot-hole “problem areas” and welcome
volunteers with expertise in this area.
You will receive your 2027 HOA bill in late December or early January from
Metereaders, LLC. You will have the option to pay by check, credit or debit card or
ACH. PAYMENT DUE DATE: January 30 th , 2027.
Late fees will be applied after this date.
